Complete Guide: Using the Lanzarote International Cup App on Android

1. Access to the APP

  • Download the APP Lanzarote International Cup from the Google Play Store.
  • You can enter and consult information without registering., but we recommend creating an account to receive notifications and follow teams.

2. User Registration (recommended)

  • Click “Register” or “Create Account” when prompted by the app.
  • Fill in the details:
    • User name: Only letters and numbers, without spaces or accents (example: juan23, laura, manuel).
    • Email: A valid email address that you have access to. This is required to confirm your account.
    • Password: At least 8 characters, mix letters and numbers if you can.
  • IMPORTANT:
    • If registration fails, try another username and check that it doesn't have spaces.
    • You won't receive clear messages if there's an error, so make sure you don't leave any fields blank and that your email address is correct.
    • After registration, check your email (also your spam folder) and look for an email from CUPLIK. Click the link to confirm your account.
    • If the data is correct, access is immediate.

3. Log in if you are logged out

  • If you've already registered and confirmed your account, log in with your username and password.
  • If you forget your password, click “Forgot your password?” and check your email to reset it.

4. Search and follow the competition

  • Once inside the APP, press the magnifying glass (top right).
  • Type “Lanzarote International Cup” into the search engine.
  • Select the correct competition (example: Lanzarote International Cup Benjamín, Alevín…).
  • Click on Continue ⭐ to save the competition and receive notifications.

5. Check groups, teams and matches

  • Within the competition, you will see the different groups (A, B, C…).
  • Click on the group you want to see it. classification and teams.
  • For each team you can consult:
    • Upcoming matches (opponent, date, time).
    • Statistics (points, games played, wins, draws, losses, goals scored/conceded).

6. Quick Tips

  • You can browse without registering, but you'll miss out on notifications and the option to follow teams.
  • If you don't receive the confirmation email, check your spam folder and try another email if it doesn't arrive.
  • The app may seem complicated at first, but once you've tracked your competition, it becomes much easier.
  • Turn on notifications so you don't miss any news or results from your group or team.

1. Registration in the APP (mandatory for access)

  • When opening the APP for the first time, you will be required to create an account.
  • Fields you have to fill in:
    • User name: It should not have spaces, use something simple and short, for example: Pepe, Paco, Maria (DO NOT use “Pepe García,” “María P.” etc.)
    • Email: Use a valid email that you have access to, because you will receive a confirmation email from CUPLIK.
    • Password: You must invent a valid password, but The APP does not indicate the requirementsIf you get an error when registering, try a password with at least 8 characters, combining letters and numbers.
    • If everything is correct YOU WILL HAVE IMMEDIATE ACCESS
  • IMPORTANT:
    • If registration fails, normally you will not see any error messages. Check that the username has no spaces and that the email address has not already been registered.
    • After signing up, check your inbox (and spam folder) and look for a confirmation email from CUPLIK.
    • Click the link in the email to activate your account.

2. First access after registration

  • When your account is confirmed, open the APP and log in with your username and password.
  • If you're having trouble logging in, try the "Forgot your password?" option and check your email.

3. Search and follow the competition

  • Once inside the APP:
    • To look for the competition, click the magnifying glass icon (top right).
    • Writes Lanzarote International Cup in the search engine.
    • Select the competition you are interested in, for example:
      • Lanzarote International Cup Benjamín
    • You can give it to Continue (Follow) to receive notifications and always have it accessible.

4. Check competition information

  • Within the competition you will see several sections:
    • Competitions / Groups: (Group A, Group B, etc.)
      • Click on the group to see it classification, teams and matches.

5. View information about a team or match

  • Within a group, click on a team name to view:
    • Upcoming matches.
    • Team statistics (points, goals, games played, wins, etc.)

6. News and updates

  • On the app's main screen (Home), you'll see featured news, dates, and any important updates about the tournament.

Observations and Advices

  • If you have problems registering, check the username carefully (without spaces) and use another simple combination if it fails.
  • The confirmation email may take a few minutes to arrive or end up in your spam folder.
  • Once you follow the competition, you'll always have it accessible in the "Following" menu.
  • The app may be a bit unintuitive the first time you use it, but once you've followed your tournament, the navigation improves.
