The third edition of the Lanzarote International Cup kicks off, heading towards a historic 2026.

Teams of the stature of Real Madrid, AC Milan, Real Betis and Sevilla CF have already confirmed their attendance.
The island of volcanoes is back in grassroots football mode to welcome, from June 17-21, 2026 The third edition of the Lanzarote International Cup. Following the success of last summer, the tournament begins its countdown with a new edition that aims to be the largest to date, with expectations of bringing together more than 120 teams divided between the Benjamin, Alevín and Infantil categories.
The organization has already confirmed the participation of several national and international clubs in 2026. Among them are the real MadridAC Milan, Real Betis and Sevilla CF, while the call for registration of new teams remains open.
With over a hundred clubs expected and origins as diverse as Europe and America, the Lanzarote International Cup is once again establishing itself as an essential event on the youth football calendar.
A celebration of sport and camaraderie
The 2026 edition will once again fill Lanzarote with color, sport, and family fun. More than 10,000 visitors During the five days of competition, in a commitment that combines football, training, values and the unique experience of playing in one of the most special destinations in the archipelago.
This year, participants will play more than 350 matches at different points on the island, forming part of an environment where respect, diversity, inclusion and camaraderie are the central pillars of the tournament.

The Lanzarote International Cup continues to grow
The tournament continues to establish itself as a major driver of sports tourism in the Canary Islands. With an economic impact exceeding €8 million in its last edition, the event reaffirms its role as a catalyst for the local economy and an ambassador for grassroots sport internationally.
According to Mercedes Pérez and Pedro Cabrera, organizers of the event: “In this third edition, we not only consolidate the event but continue to grow with a clear premise: to improve the experience of both athletes and companions, while generating a positive impact on the island.”
This event is made possible thanks to the institutional support of The Canary Islands Government's Department of Sports, Canary Islands Tourism, the Lanzarote Island Council, the Island Sports Service, Lanzarote Tourism, the Art, Culture and Tourism Centers, as well as the seven municipalities of the island.
