2. Object

These conditions regulate the purchase of team registrations, accommodation packages and entry tickets for the event Lanzarote International Cup.

Any purchase made through this website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Nature of the products and services

  • The products offered consist exclusively of services: participation fees, accommodation and access to the event.
  • No physical shipments are made. Purchase confirmation will be sent by email to the buyer.
  • Prices include IGIC (7%) and are shown in euros (€).

4. Purchasing process

  1. The user selects the desired service (registration, accommodation or ticket) and adds it to the cart.
  2. Before confirming payment, the total price in euros, including taxes, will be displayed.
  3. Payment is made through the secure gateway Redsys with bank card.
  4. Once payment is made, a confirmation email will be sent to the buyer.

5. Prices and taxes

  • All prices are indicated in euros (€) and include the IGIC (7%).
  • The organization reserves the right to modify prices at any time, with the prices in effect at the time of purchase applying.
  • No additional fees will be charged for using the payment gateway.

6. Cancellation and Return Policy

In compliance with the Law 3/2014 of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, it is reported that:

  • The services offered are linked to recreational activities with a specific date or period of execution (art. 103.l), so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
  • Cancellation of the purchase will be accepted with more than 30 calendar days in advance of the start of the event, with reimbursement of the 80% of the amount paid (withholding 20% as management expenses).
  • Cancellations made within the 30 days prior the event will not be entitled to a refund, except in cases of duly justified force majeure.
  • If the event is cancelled by the organisation, the ticket will be refunded. 100% of the amount paid.

7. Guarantees

Since these are services, the warranties provided for physical products do not apply.
The organization undertakes to provide the service on the dates and under the conditions announced.

8. User responsibility

The buyer agrees to provide truthful information during the purchasing process and to comply with the participation rules established by the organization.

9. Payment security

Payments are processed through the gateway Redsys, which uses secure encryption protocols and complies with the standard PCI-DSS.
Player 12 Global Sports, SL does not store credit card or other payment method data.

10. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Reef (Las Palmas).
